Our products are made in Vietnam using natural materials.

We manufacture acacia wood products and work with partner factories across Vietnam for handicraft products.
This allows us to support enquiries across our wooden products and handicraft collections.

How do I get an accurate wholesale price?
Prices depend on the product, specifications, season and order quantity. Please send the product links or references you are interested in, together with your required quantities.
Our sales team will prepare a detailed quotation by email. Any prices displayed on the website are for reference; confirm the price for your order with our team.
What will I receive after sending an enquiry?
You will receive a detailed quotation for the products you ask about. Include any individual requirements in your message so our team can take them into account.
Shipping may be quoted separately or included after discussion. Please check what is included in your quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and depends on factors such as size, material, price and season. Quantities shown on the website are for reference.

Can I customize a product?
Yes. Start with a product similar to the one you need and tell us what you would like to change. We will prepare a quotation based on your requested customization.
Can you produce products based on my own designs?
You can order from our existing models or send your designs to us for a production enquiry. Share the relevant specifications so our team can discuss your requirements.
How can I become a distributor?

Can I order samples?
Yes, you can request samples. Sample production generally takes 1–7 days, depending on the product.

Are products in stock, and how long does production take?
We keep some high-demand products in stock. Larger orders may require production based on your order quantity.
Production can take 1–3 months or longer. Please check stock availability and confirm the schedule with our sales team for your selected products.
Payment, delivery & support

How do I place an order and arrange payment?
Select the products you are interested in and send an enquiry. Our sales team will contact you to finalize the order.
Discuss payment by bank transfer or Visa card with the team when confirming your order. After successful payment, the goods are shipped to the agreed delivery address.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Share your destination with our sales team so shipping arrangements can be discussed for your order.
How can I track my shipment?
