Ordering Process

01Quotation

• Validity of quotation depends on the time from the date of quotation, after the above time if there is a change in price we would like to report to the customer to know.
• All quotes do not include shipping costs, import taxes ….
• Customers buying in bulk, close customers will have the best price policy.

02Customer pricing & offers

• We always want to quote the best price to our customers when making a purchase, so there is no discount in prices. Customers who are loyal and buy in bulk will receive specific offers specific to each order and customer.

03Agreed delivery schedule

Delivery time will be shown in quotation or contract, depending on the volume and current situation of the company, we always take credibility in every commitment to customers on time and quality. Customers can contact directly with sales staff to agree time of delivery.

04Warranty

All types of goods provided by MPL VIETNAM are warranted for a period of 15-30 days from the date of delivery depending on the item if there is a manufacturing defect. The goods are warranted when it is working as designed and stored in dry, not wet.

05Inspection, exchange & returns

• The goods are exchanged, compensated for free shortage when: We supply goods in the wrong specifications, quantity and quality as committed to customers.
• The return and exchange products are charged when: We deliver as agreed, but because you do not understand the correct product but placed in the wrong size, or due to objectivity that the product can not be used, resulting in a right When returning or exchanging goods, you must pay the additional costs for changing the goods. Exchange costs will be calculated according to each specific order, based on the quality of goods received as well as shipping costs.
• Non-standard products that are ordered separately will not be exchanged by our company because they cannot be supplied to other units.
• Immediately after receiving the goods, please carefully check the quantity, quality and specifications of goods. Past 03 days from the date of delivery, we do not solve any problems related to the goods (deficiencies, errors related to shape, surface of products …).
